Are there parties other than the at fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

Transcript

There may be several parties other than the at-fault driver for whom you can take action in a Florida automobile accident case. These parties could be the owner of the vehicle if it’s different from the driver. If the driver was in the course and scope of the their employment, you may also take action against the driver’s employer. If you have uninsured motor’s coverage, you can make a claim against your uninsured motor’s coverage if the driver did not have sufficient insurance to cover you for your damages.
