If a person dies from a Florida truck accident can a claim still be pursued?

Transcript

In the tragic event that a person dies from a Florida truck accident case, a claim can be pursued. This claim would be pursued by the personal representative of the estate of the injured party. Normally the personal representative is responsible for making a claim on behalf of the estate which would include medical bills as well as lost earnings and lost earning capacity, but also the personal representative is required to make sure that all the survivors are accounted for and that their claims are fully presented. Survivors are generally the family members of the deceased person.
