Who can sue for a traumatic brain injury?

Transcript

In a traumatic brain injury case, the injured party can make a claim and sue further damages. If they are not with capacity, in other words if not able to handle their own affairs, then the court will appoint a guardian who’s normally a family member and/or a close loved one. In the event that the person who’s injured is a minor, then the parents or natural guardians will bring the traumatic brain injury case.
