Will I have to testify in court for my catastrophic injury case?

Transcript

If you sustain a catastrophic injury you may have to testify in court, however, this is highly unlikely. The overwhelming majority of cases are settled without actually trying the case in front of a jury. The alternatives to testifying in court would be settlement through the claims process, or even if you have to file a lawsuit, the case can be settled through mediation or arbitration.
