Will I have to testify in court for my Florida bicycle accident case?

Transcript

If you are injured as a result of a Florida bicycle accident, you may be required to testify in course. However, there are several alternatives to providing testimony. First of all, you may get the case resolved through the claims process without even filing a lawsuit. If a lawsuit is filed, you may also resolve that case through mediation or arbitration. The overwhelming majority of cases are resolved without giving testimony. Keep in mind, though, you may need to testify in a traffic citation hearing as a result of that crash. If that is the case, know that your testimony may be recorded. I recommend that you contact an attorney experienced in this area before you provide any testimony.
