How much is my case worth?

Transcript

The value of your case in a motorcycle accident is dependent on the following three things: Number 1, liability or fault; who caused the accident, number 2, damages; how were you injured, what are your future medical care needs, do you have loss of earnings, and then, 3) how much insurance is there? The reality is, if there’s only $10,000 in insurance and the person who caused the accident does not have any assets, the value of your case is limited to that $10,000. An experienced attorney will be able to go over these factors with you and make sure that all the available insurance is uncovered.

In our firm, we highly recommend that all of our clients get uninsured or under-insured motorist coverage, and if you get it covers your motorcycle, you can ask your agent to make sure it covers your motorcycle, then you will be protected.
