Who can be sued in a Florida spinal injury case?

Transcript

In a Florida spinal injury case the parties that should be sued are those that cause or contributed to the injury. Often times these injuries arise out of automobile accident. In that case not only is the at fault party a proper defendant, but also the owner of the vehicle. Motor vehicles are considered dangerous instrumentalities. If an individual is in the course and scope of their employment at the time that they caused your accident, the employer is responsible as well. If you have uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage and there isn’t adequate insurance from the at fault party then claims could be made against your uninsured or under insured motorist carrier.
