Will it cost me any money to bring a catastrophic injury case?

Transcript

If you bring a catastrophic injury case, your attorney will charge you based on a contingency fee. What that means is that they will be paid a percentage of the outcome. They are not paid until the case is fully resolved to your satisfaction and then they’ll get a percentage. Also, as the case goes along the attorney will advance cost on your behalf and that’s to get certain evidence, to hire witnesses and things of that nature. Those costs also, generally, are paid at the end of the case from the settlement.
